In order to bring convenience and the best experience to customers, OIC NEW has appropriate policies when customers need to return products. We always want to bring our customers the best products and service.

The return of products comes with some specific conditions, please refer to the details below:

1. Product exchange/return conditions

  • Products do not match in color, design, size according to the order.
  • Manufacturer’s technical defect.
  • Returned products must be new, intact, not torn or cracked.
  • Products must have full stamps, labels, scratch cards and purchase receipts (if any).
  • The exchanged product is still within the allowed period of return
  • Applicable to products purchased online (Website, Facebook) and directly at OIC NEW showroom and agents (Authorized purchases will be handled by the dealer)

2. Product exchange/return period

  • Product exchange period: 07 days for customers who buy online and 03 days for customers who buy directly at the store from the date the customer receives the goods

If the above time is exceeded, we will not accept exchange/return for any reason

3. Time limit for returning products to customers

  • For customers who buy online: Immediately after receiving your exchange/return products, we will conduct product evaluation and notify the results and exchange/return solutions to customers within 3 to 5 days
  • For customers who buy directly at the store: When the customer brings the product to be exchanged/returned directly to the store, the store staff will check it. and notify customers at the store. Staff at the store will advise specifically for customers to choose the best option.

4. Product exchange/return method

  • Products can only be exchanged/returned once
  • Please come directly to OIC NEW stores and agents or call 1900 636913 for instructions.

5. Refund form

5.1. In case of product exchange

  • If the customer wants to exchange for another product with a higher price than the exchanged product, the customer must make up for it and if it is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

In case customers buy online:

  • OIC NEW will bear 100% of the shipping fee to the customer if the exchanged product fully meets the conditions mentioned in Section 1 (conditions for product exchange/return)
  • In case the product is not defective but the customer still requests to change it, the customer will lose 10% of the total bill + 2nd shipping fee (according to the consultant).
  • In case the customer has paid online for the first product, the difference will be paid for the exchanged product (if any) by bank transfer.
  • Newest delivery time. is 7 days from the date OIC NEW received the product to be exchanged

In case customers buy directly at the store

  • The product is not defective but the customer still requests to change it, the customer will lose 10% of the total bill.
  • Customer has already paid for the first product. First, the difference will be paid for the exchanged product (if any) in cash.

5.2. For product returns

  • 100% refund will be made if OIC NEW has no alternative products and the product must meet the conditions stated in Section 1.
  • OIC NEW will bear all shipping costs in the process of returning products.
  • In case customers have paid online, they will be refunded within 07 days from the date OIC NEW receives the returned products.

Note: You should take photos of the product before exchanging/returning the goods, keeping the product will help the customer as evidence if any problems arise during the return process.
