I. SHIPPING PROCESS
OIC New delivers products to customer. After receiving orders from buyers and confirming customer’s informations, OIC NEW will start delivery to customer.
After the order is finished, our Customer Service team will contact to confirm the order and send update on the shipping process to customers as soon as possible via email and SMS.
After the confirmation is finished, the shipment will be delivered to customer is the period of time below:

II. DELIVERY METHOD AND COST
OIC New can ship products nationalwide. Customer will received in 7 days maximum after finishing your order. Storage and delivery time depends on delivery service in your shipment receive area

III. RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCT DELIVERY
– The shipping service appointed by OIC New will be responsible for the products and risks such as loss or damage of the products during the transportation of products from OIC New to you.
– You are responsible for checking the products upon receipt. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong goods, sign to confirm the condition of products with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Care Department: 1900 63 69 13
– After you have signed to receive the products without making any notes or comments about the products. OIC New is not responsible for the return requests for damage, scratches, broken, dented, wrong products from customers later.
– If the shipping service is designated and selected by you, you will be responsible for the products and risks such as loss or damage of the products during the transportation from OIC New to you. Customer will be responsible for freight and related loss.
