SURPRISE EFFECTIVE CURATIVE USE OF HONEY

With natural antiseptic and bacteria-killing properties, honey has been used a lot in ancient and modern remedies to treat simple diseases at home. Combining honey with other herbs, fruits, and foods can significantly increase wound healing.

Honey and Guggul: Cure Rheumatism

The guggul plant is a native Indian herb that is said to have a significant effect on lowering blood cholesterol, and contains a variety of enzymes that can relieve symptoms of joint pain. When you combine guggul with honey, you will increase its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects even more.

Honey and turmeric: Cure mouth sores

The bactericidal and antibacterial properties of honey can accelerate the healing of sores and mouth ulcers. Mix honey with turmeric and apply it to the sores 3 times a day.

Honey and ginger juice: cure sinusitis

Mix 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger juice with honey and drink it 2-3 times a day to relieve the symptoms of sinusitis and rhinitis.

Honey and orange juice: Relieves stress

Honey, coriander leaves (laurel) and celery seeds: cure colic

A mixture of coriander leaves, pureed/minced celery seeds with honey – used before lunch and dinner daily will help support the treatment of abdominal pain, stomach pain, abdominal pain.

Honey, cinnamon and trikatu: help increase blood circulation

Trikatu is an herb that is used to treat indigestion, regulate blood circulation, so just a teaspoon of this mixture helps to enhance blood circulation for the body.

Honey and Cinnamon: Cure Eczema

Scientists have found that honey not only heals damaged skin in severe cases of eczema and gets rid of dry, dead skin, but it can also regenerate new skin. This recipe also adds cinnamon to enhance wound healing.

How to treat: Apply honey and cinnamon powder (in equal proportions) to the injured skin. Then squeeze half a lemon and mix it with a teaspoon of honey in a cup of warm water. Drink this cup early in the morning, before eating/drinking anything else for a few weeks, or until the symptoms of skin damage are gone.

Alternatively, mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of water and drink regularly 3 times a day, with meals.

Honey, methi seeds, ginger: cure asthma

This is an ancient Indian medicine recipe that uses a combination of methi seeds with ginger and honey. If honey is good for the trachea, ginger has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, methi seeds can support the treatment of problems related to the airways such as asthma and pneumonia.

Homemade cinnamon mouthwash: Cure bad breath

A recipe that combines honey, cinnamon, lemon juice and baking soda to create a natural, antibacterial mouthwash. Unlike mint, which only temporarily banishes bad breath, cinnamon can actually kill the bacteria that cause bad breath. The International Association of Dentists found that people who chewed cinnamon gum reduced their mouth bacteria by 50% compared to those who only chewed mint gum.

You will need 2 lemons, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1.5 teaspoons honey, 1 cup warm water, 1 glass bottle with a tight-fitting lid. How to do it: Put 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in a jar, then add the juice of 2 freshly squeezed lemons and 1.5 tablespoons of honey. If desired, you can add 1/2-1 teaspoon of baking soda. Add 1 cup of very warm water (to melt the honey), then stir well. When you need to clear your breath, shake the bottle well and suck 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture for 1 minute.

Honey Mask: Oily Hair Treatment

This mask includes egg yolk, which is rich in protein, and honey to nourish and regenerate hair follicles. Hair roots will be stronger and less oily if you use this mask regularly (once a week).

All you need is 1 egg yolk and two tablespoons of honey mixed together. First, wash your hair and then apply the mask to damp hair, paying attention to evenly apply it to the entire hairline. Leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with clean water.
